Delivery fees are calculated at a flat rate according to the service provider’s services. An option for collection applies to certain areas in Cape Town and excludes any shipping fees.

Once your claim is submitted, we will arrange the collection of the damaged item if required. The product will be assessed to confirm the defect or damage.
If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will cover the courier costs for the return and replacement.
Items that show signs of misuse, neglect, or damage caused after delivery will not qualify for replacement.
